This episode of the show was recorded on the day that my practice manager Vicki Smith celebrated 10 years of working at the Paul Gough Physio Rooms.

In my humble opinion, Vicky is the definition of a front desk SUPERSTAR and in the session, we go back to the fundamentals of communication and look at what is required to become great at the role.

I have the physios and admin in the same room and we get onto how to communicate with clients in a way that they can actually understand... dealing with different personality types that we encounter and how PT School is failing clinicians with their failure to consider that communication is just as important as any clinical skill.
