In this one, I share with you an interview I did with former Liverpool and England soccer player, John Barnes.

John was a childhood hero of mine and the person that got me into soccer in the first place.

I invited John to our most recent mastermind in the UK at Tottenham Stadium and asked him about the best managers he’s worked with, what made them different, and how they managed big egos.

We spoke about the importance of culture and how some lessons from his best soccer teams can be transferred to business.
